1. Wash your hands before use. With dry hands, unwrap

the YUJIEKANG from the plastic bag, unravel the cotton

string and straighten it.
2. Put your forefinger in the finger cot, and hold the

YUJIEKANG with your thumb and forefinger.
3. Relax as much as possible before insertion and, gently

separating the labia with one hand, smoothly insert the

YUJIEKANG into the vagina with your forefinger.
4. Push the YUJIEKANG in until you forefinger completely

inserted into the vagina. You will not feel the

YUJIEKANG inside if it is properly placed into a right

position. Make sure that the cotton string hangs outside

of your vaginal opening.
5. After 3-5 days, hold the cotton string and gently pull

it downward until the entire YUJIEKANG is out. The

YUJIEKANG has now fully absorbed cuticles and dirt.
6. After removal it is necessary to thoroughly douche the

vagina and apply the next YUJIEKANG for one more

day.
